CJI programs also periodically take place at other local venues, such as bookstores and craft stores. During the workshops, which are conducted in warm, welcoming environments, families join together to create Judaica family heirlooms, participate in storytelling, music, or dance events, and take part in eating special event-related snacks. Informational materials are available for families to bring home to continue learning more about Jewish traditions and life.
